A questionnaire, followed by a detailed discussion, and your corporate video production process begins.

You’ll receive an introduction email with a short questionnaire for your chosen video package. Complete and send it back to us. One of our project managers will contact you to discuss your project in further detail.

After speaking to our PM, you’ll get a final email with your NEW login details and onboarding documents. Log in to your portal to track your project, watch previews, and download final videos.

Sometimes, you need to send or upload a video file, and the file is just too big or not big enough. No problem; we give you duplicates of all your videos in small and large file sizes, so you don’t have to convert your videos.
